2017 WSBK Phillip Island tickets on sale
Tickets are now available for the 2017 Phillip Island World SBK round, on February 24-26
It promises to be scorchingly fast and scorching hot, with Australia’s weekend of world superbike action set for next February 24-26 at the world’s motorcycling mecca, Victoria’s thrilling Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.
Tickets are on sale today on Ticketek for the Australian round of the world’s leading production class, with the three-day, two wheel extravaganza once again the kick-off for the 2017 Motul FIM Superbike World Championship.
Yamaha Financial Services is back on board as major sponsor for the event, with the event to be called the Yamaha Finance round to acknowledge the financial and insurance company’s commitment to the Australian motorcycling community.
It is already shaping up as a star-studded world superbike line-up for 2017 with Eugene Laverty and Marco Melandri returning to the WorldSBK fray and Kawasaki front-runners Jonathan Rea and Tom Sykes continuing with their championship winning green machine.
Michael van der Mark will jump ship in 2017 and head the campaign for Yamaha with Alex Lowes, while German hot-shot Stefan Bradl joins Honda alongside US veteran, Nicky Hayden.
Ducati’s red runner Chaz Davies continues with the Italian marque backed by a world superbike grid that will be packed with new names and experienced campaigners all focussed on making 2017 their year.
Tickets are available nowfrom Ticketek, with a three day general admission at just $120*, saving $35 on the gate price.  Also available via Ticketek are BarSBK passes at $260* with undercover viewing locations at the circuit’s most spectacular points – Doohan Corner, Lukey Heights and Siberia.
Adult single day tickets start at $30* for Friday, $65* for Saturday and $80* for Sunday, purchased in advance.
World supers is a mega-scorcher delivering three days of action, so make the most of a visit to beautiful Phillip Island in summer and camp at the circuit for up to four nights for just $105*.
The best news for families is that children 15 and under are free^ for both the event and circuit camping, making it an affordable, summer long weekend getaway for all the gang at pristine Phillip Island.

The three day, two wheel extravaganza is set to be simply super with Saturday and Sunday racing for world superbikes continuing.   Friday blasts off with practice and first qualifying, Saturday features final qualifying and Superpole for World Superbikes and World Supersport till 2pm.
Then we put our race-face on and the high speed shenanigans really begin with the season opening 22-lap Race One for World Superbikes scheduled for 3pm Saturday, followed by more racing till late afternoon.
Sunday is all racing, starting at 8.30am with a schedule of eight races. First up there’s Australian support classes competing in their national opening round, and then comes world class action with the 1.30pm 18-lap race for World Supersport and the second World Superbike race at 3pm to settle spoils for Round One of the 2017 championship.
Based on fan feedback, modified trackside camping now delivers a better experience for all our guests. Â For 2017, there will be a dedicated motorcycle area, a quieter area for families with restricted noise, the return of the powered sites and extended viewing along the fence line.
Entertainment wise, Go Karts run close to the camping precinct so if you feel the need for speed, your own race machine is just around the corner. Â Live entertainment returns with bands booked for Friday and Saturday night, in an entertainment zone on the far-side of the Go Kart track.
