Vespa 946 Dragon Limited Edition
Vespa have introduced the new limited edition 946 Dragon, which will retail from $22,680 ride-away and arrive in February, with an exclusive Varsity Jacket also included.
The limited-edition Vespa 946 Dragon honours the Year of the Dragon, with a dedicated Lunar New Year celebration event in Hong Kong on January 24.
The Vespa 946 is reimagined in a golden hue for the Dragon collector’s edition and available in a limited run of 1888 items, emblazoned with a vibrant emerald green dragon motif that snakes around the livery.
Hand-crafted in Italy the 946 Dragon runs the 125 cc engine, 12 inch wheels, single shock absorber front and rear, with preload adjustment at the rear only. Fuel capacity is eight litres, with 220 mm rotors at both ends, and ABS with the ASR system.
Drawing from the Vespa 946 Dragon’s design, the jacket is ribbed wool and nappa leather-sleeved varsity design which also features a dragon motif in emerald green alongside prints and embroideries on the left pocket and back panel. The jacket’s front panel features Vespa’s iconic V monogram accompanied by an ancient Chinese proverb.
