Damian Cudlin out of Suzuka 8 Hour
Taree based international motorcycle racer Damian Cudlin has had his Suzuka 8 Hour bid brought to a halt by a crash in practice.
Competing for BMW Motorrad France the 30-year old sustained a broken left tibia and has been ruled out of the remainder of the event.
The crash came after team-mate Erwin Nigon set the fastest time in second practice.

This morning’s first practice saw the FCC TSR Honda team comprising Jonathan Rea and Ryuichi Kiyonari top the session with a 2m08.986. The Honda duo have also set the fastest time of the week thus far with a 2m08.812 in the first session still the quickest lap of the event thus far.
