Victorian Motorcycle Mechanic Apprentice of the Year 2008 Winner
Peter Stevens Motorcycles technician, Darren Condy, has been awarded the Victorian Motorcycle Mechanic Apprentice of the year for 2008.
Darren has been an apprentice with Peter Stevens Motorcycles for three years, having started as a First Year Apprentice, and in that time has excelled in all area’s.
“Darren has achieved excellence, and thrived on the wide variety and technical exposure to motorcycle brands such as new Harley-Davidson, Vespa, Buell, Triumph, Honda, Suzuki, MV Agusta and Kawasaki.” said Kevin Rendell, Melbourne Service Manager
“I’m wrapped to get this award. It’s been great to be able to work on such a great variety of bikes at Peter Stevens Motorcycles” said Darren “and now with the new service centre, engineering and dyno facilities at the new A’Beckett Street service centre the learning will only get better”
Darren has also been nominated as Australian Motorcycle Mechanic Apprentice of the Year and will compete at a National level, representing Peter Stevens Motorcycles in April 2009.
We wish him the best of luck in achieving a top result in the National competition.
