All is set for February’s hottest high speed date with the launch today of the agenda for the opening round of the FIM Superbike World Championship, Phillip Island Swann round, at Australia’s thrilling Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit.

The February 20-22 event kicks off the 2015 world title chase for the leading production-based categories of world superbikes and world supersport with new rules, new riders and new machinery to thrill world motorcycling fans.Â
The schedule is super charged for 2015 with local classes of four frenetic categories launching their national championships being Australian Superbike, Australian Supersport, Moto3/125GP and the Australian Juniors.
In addition, Australian Superbike and Australian Supersport will compete in round one of the 2015 Phillip Island Championship – a crown that is fought out over Australia’s two world motorcycle events, World Superbikes and MotoGP, and was won in 2014 by Taree’s Josh Hook.
Freestyle motocross is also set to fire up the action, with massive mounds being constructed on the infield at Doohan Corner, Lukey Heights and Siberia.  A high flying troupe will perform at each on track interval, with spectators on the outfield getting a bird’s eye view of the dirt kings strutting their stuff.
Cast your eye over the agenda and if you love bike racing, you’ll be salivating in two wheel heaven!
The best news is that world superbikes is totally affordable. Â Buy in advance for the best deals, with a three day pre-paid ticket just $110*, saving $40 on the gate price. Advance ticket buyers get access to Free Paddock Friday, allowing them into the Grand Prix paddock on Friday morning, to see the bikes and hear the world superbike stars for the first time in 2015 as they are interviewed in the Paddock Show.

Get into the world superbike spirit, and bring your prized bike, because at World Supers, your very own set of wheels is more than welcome trackside.  Cruise the spectator areas, find a favourite spot, park your machine and sit back and enjoy summer at the supers, island-style.
